  • Owned AWS platform operations (EKS, RDS Aurora, VPC, ALB, Cloudflare DNS) as primary on-call for a 5-developer startup shipping daily.
  • Resolved production incidents including the us-east-1 regional outage, RabbitMQ pod failures, and broken container image releases.
  • Cut monthly CloudWatch costs by ~80% by rightsizing metric collection intervals.
  • Built alerting and observability: Python Lambda functions routing database alarms to Slack, Sentry for backend errors, Grafana dashboards on CloudWatch and Prometheus.
  • Built GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for a multi-agent platform on EKS: Docker builds pushed to ECR and manifests applied to the cluster, enabling daily releases with zero manual deployments.
  • Brought console-created resources under Terraform Cloud across 2 AWS accounts, with per-environment workspaces and prod merges gated on a passing dev run.
  • Maintained SOC 2 audit readiness via Vanta, remediating flagged access and misconfiguration findings.
